Do you sell ice directly at the Ice Plant?
No, we do not sell ice directly to walk-up customers at the Ice Plant. We specialize in delivery only.
What is your minimum purchase requirement?
Our minimum for a special event is 119 units of 20-pound bags, or approximately 2,000 pounds of ice.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, we charge a fee for delivering the ice trailer to your event. This fee depends on your specific location and setup needs.
What power requirements are there?
Our refrigeration units require a standard 120v electrical outlet, preferably on a dedicated circuit.
Can I call a few months in advance?
Absolutely! Call us as early as you like and we will put you on our calendar to ensure availability.
